Paul Sandford has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IHS Global Insight, Inc. since May 2001. Prior to this position, he served as chief financial officer of ScoreLab, Inc., an Internet provider of financial information and analytic insight. ScoreLab, Inc. was a subsidiary of Primark Corporation. Sandford began his employment with Primark in 1986, serving in various accounting and financial roles, culminating in the position of vice president and treasurer. Prior to Primark, Sandford was an auditor for the international public accounting firm of Ernst and Whinney in Denver, Colorado.
Sandford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and earned his Master of Business Administration in economics and public policy from George Washington University. Sandford holds CPA and CCM designations.
