Canadian Provincial Forecast and Analysis Service
The Canadian Provincial Forecast and Analysis Service provides you with in-depth five-year forecasts and analysis, based on our most recently completed short-term forecast—published in November and May.
Available through our client-access Web site, MyInsight, or in hard copy, this service includes:
- Historic and forecast tables: key economic indicators for each province annually
- Special reports: topical issues of economic or policy relevance
- Updated reports: on the Canadian, U.S., and global economy.
- Interim forecast updates: on key indicators for each province—published January and July
- Canadian Forecast Summary

- Canadian Outlook Teleconferences: Two weeks after the National Accounts release in March and June, we hold teleconferences with our experts.
- Canadian Outlook Conference: held in Toronto following the National Accounts release in September
- World Economic Outlook Conferences: Twice a year, Global Insight hosts our World Economic Outlook Conferences featuring presentations by outside speakers of the highest caliber and Global Insight's own expert economists and specialists. The location for these conferences alternate between the United States and other countries. Clients of our Canadian Economic Services are entitled to two complimentary registrations.
